Repeat prescriptions will be ready in 48 hours should your pet not be due a check-up. Prescription medication for illness and disease need to be reviewed every 3-6 months, at the discretion of the vet. Depending upon the condition, it might be necessary for us to see your pet in-person rather than a video consultation at this time.

Please make sure that you leave an up to date contact telephone number so our team can get in touch in a timely fashion, should there be anything we need to discuss with you prior to your prescription being ready.
