We recognise that not everyone wants to make a commitment to our adult health plans straight away, and our new puppies and kittens often need a little more support in their early years. We understand that you are more likely to see your vet practice team during the first six of your new companions life, plus we love to see our new puppies and kittens and follow how they are all getting along in their new homes!

Many of our new clients with new pets love the extra support our puppy and kitten Healthy Start packages bring, it contains everything you will need for a great start. Our most popular service for new puppies, by a country mile, is our weekly puppy parties. In fact, they are so popular they are regularly oversubscribed! Those on our Healthy Start plans are automatically reserved a place on these classes, so there is no missing out.

Our new kittens will benefit from a starting plan from a Gold Award Cat Friendly Practice (ICC), an award we attain each year for maintain standards of facilities and care to a Gold Standard level for cats. Our cats can be much more affected by stress coming into a veterinary practice, so we changed some things a few years ago in our practice in an effort to be as cat friendly as possible, such as separate waiting rooms with elevated cat box rests, cat only cattery, extra large hospital kennels to name a few things.
