Our practice is open to support you and your pet 7 days a week at our Cookridge branch. Our general opening hours can be found here.

We want to ensure that your pet has the best of care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a small practice in a modern world, it’s essential that our vets and nurses are always there to help, but we have our limitation as a small team and it’s vital that we ensure our team have a good quality of home, as well as work, life.

Between the hours of 8:00pm - 8:00am on weekdays, Saturdays 6:00pm – 9:00am and Sundays 12:00pm – 8:00am our emergency phone calls are taken by our emergency services provider at Holly House in Moortown, Leeds.

If you are a Greengates client you can also attend Vets Now in Bradford which may be closer if you live in Bradford.

If your pet needs to be seen in an emergency all our out of hours partners have a dedicated night and vet nurse who will see your pet straight away if you need help. They are also able to provide emergency advice over the telephone, and you may be able to tend to your pet yourself with their advice, and come into see us the following day.
