Charlotte Heptonstall

Meet Charlotte and Dave! 

Charlotte joined the admin team in July 2019 after coming from a food retail background. Charlotte's favourite part of the job is seeing all the new kittens as she is a cat lover herself. 

Charlotte got Dave when he was just a young kitten and been her baby ever since!

Her family have another 4 cats who live alongside Dave. They are called Eric, Kevin, Colin and Harry.

Harry was brought to Towerwood by a member of the public at just 7 days old! He was hand reared by the nursing team before Charlotte adopted him and took him home. He is now settled and part of the family.

In her spare time, Charlotte really enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going on as many holidays as possible and going to the gym. Charlotte has recently completed her Accredited Veterinary Receptionist Course.
